Our 7-day adventure was just incredible. Our lead guide, Lambabu Pinasha Sherpa, was patient, funny, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I knew the moment I met him that he would be a good leader for our group; he exceeded our expectations. Our assistant guide, Wong-Chuk was literally at my side the entire trip. At 64, I wasn't sure I could make all the ups and downs on the trek. Wong-Chuk carried my day pack in addition to his big backpack the entire trek. I'm a slow hiker these days and Wong-Chuk stayed at my side the entire time to make sure I was safe. Our porters, Wangchu Sherpa and Chandrabhadur Tamang, did the true heavy lifting as they each carried two duffles (we each had a duffle) up and down the mountain paths.
